Wage: $78,666.00 per year
Job Duties:
Perform repair and preventive maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment, espresso
machines, and refrigeration systems. Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, lighting, and
plumbing issues throughout the facility. Maintain and service refrigeration systems, including
coolers and freezers, in compliance with EPA Section 608 standards. Perform regular facility
inspections to identify wear, damage, or mechanical issues. Maintain accurate records of repairs,
preventive maintenance schedules, and service logs. Perform basic servicing and mechanical
repairs on company-owned catering service trucks and delivery vehicles. Coordinate parts
procurement and monitor inventory of maintenance supplies. Follow and enforce safety
standards and ensure the workspace is compliant with OSHA guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities
Management, or related field and twelve (12) months of experience in maintenance,
repair, mechanical work, or related occupation.
- Must possess EPA Section 608 Technician Certification.
- Must have basic electrical and mechanical repair skills, experience using hand tools,
power tools, and diagnostic equipment, and knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
